Brandon Harris, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hi, I’m Brandon Harris, and I’m honored to be part of the Not Just Therapy team.

For over 20 years, I’ve been committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the challenges of mental health with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

My approach to therapy is built on trust, connection, and a deep understanding of each person’s unique story. Whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use, or relationship struggles, I work with you to uncover what’s underneath the surface—so we can begin to heal and grow from the inside out.

My therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—two of the most effective approaches for treating depression, anxiety, and addiction. I also specialize in couples counseling, helping partners improve communication, manage conflict, and rebuild trust.
At Not Just Therapy, we do things differently.

Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings: private practice, community mental health centers, addiction treatment facilities, and even in-home care. No matter the setting, my focus remains the same: to help people live healthier, more meaningful lives.

If you’re struggling with codependency, narcissistic relationship dynamics, or emotional overwhelm—you’re not alone. I’m here to walk with you, support your goals, and guide you toward a stronger, more grounded version of yourself.

With respect,

Brandon
